| Introduction | I am a San Rafael native, born and raised in the local area. I am the 2nd oldest of seven children. The best life lesson I learned from being part of a large family was that sharing is a way of life that should be embraced rather than avoided. My paper route with the Independent Journal taught me that delivering a 'dry' paper on time made for good customer relations. I graduated from San Rafael High School in 1973. After a stint in the Army for 3 years, I later graduated from SFSU with a degree in Speech & Communications. My favorite and most challenging sport is golf. I'm not afraid to take a divot, which may actually travel further than the golf ball at times. Professional I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and operate my own independent brokerage business. I'm rogue-ish on real estate in that I like to differentiate myself as unique in the marketplace and stand apart from the crowd. I like it this way which allows me to provide my own brand of personalize service to all my clients.
