Introduction	The Name Pioneer Hippie came as a joke about 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with Celiac's and I began shopping at the health food store for my grub. I married into a farming/feedlot operating family that lives on beef and bread, so fitting in with my Gluten Free food was a challenge. Since humor is the best medicine, we joke about it and the food that I must sometime endure. The food over time has improved and then again maybe so has my cooking, either way its been a wild ride.
