| Introduction | I started my addiction to motorsports in 2001 by participating in high performance driving events. Later I advanced to the ranks of HPDE instructor for BMWCCA, PCA and Prosport Drivers Group. In addition, I am a driving coach for the Tire Rack Teen Street Survival Program teaching young drivers the basics of vehicle dynamics, emergency maneuvers, and driving safety. I earned my competition license from the Mid-Ohio Race School in April 2009. My rookie season in 2009 finished with two race series class wins and one series class track record. When not at the track, I enjoy spending my free time with my wife Stephanie and two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers Bruno and Bella (either hanging at home or hiking), chillin' out with some good tunes, cooking gourmet meals and of course cross-training to maintain my fitness. I earn a living as a research scientist discovering new medications for the treatment metabolic diseases including diabetes. |
