| Introduction | Born the second son of a popular restaurant owner he served as an apprentice chef, cook and bottle washer and was destined to make healthy food his life's work. In 1979 George embarked on a career in engineering and computers. In 2001 with a grown family George returned to the food business as a restaurature partnering with his eldest son (the accomplished CIA trained chef) Nicholas and started the Graffiti Restaurant Group on Long Island. Today semi retired, George lives on Long Island with his wife Fran and her cats Dudley and Samantha. |
