| Introduction | I always loved to bake but when I was younger, I would mess up the simplest of recipes...including cake mix. After taking a year of foods in grade 9, I started to understand baking and the importance of measuring with measuring cups (what?). Now in grade 10, I am part of a food art course which is the most fun course that I've ever taken...ever. Since my days as a young child, I've been such a huge fan of cooking shows (mostly baking) such as cupcake wars and ace of cakes. Being in this food art class has seriously inspired me and now I can actually figure out how to make pretty cakes and such! |
