Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
i doubt any fish would have a use for such a machine! maybe if it was sitting at the bottom of the sea and it had been inhabited with a coat of coral then maybe some fish might use it to shelter from predators! other than that i can't think of a valid reason to give a fish a bike...
