Introduction Dr. Mahim Sagar has done pioneering Research work in the development of the concept of Ethical Brand Positioning (EBP). Dr Sagar’s attempt is to develop the fundamental tool and techniques to develop the rank parameters for ethical brand positioning, the fundamental idea is that ethics is a cutting edge tool and can be used for product differentiation. Dr. Sagar has wide academic and administrative experience and has been associated with various institutes of repute like IIM-Ahmedabad, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and IIITM, At IIM-A he was an academic associate in Marketing area and was involved in various courses of Marketing like Brand Management and Consumer Based Business Strategy. At NIFT he headed and established the Post Graduate Programme in Fashion Management. At IIITM he has done his doctoral work on Brand Positioning in Cross Cultural & Ethical Context. Dr. Sagar interest areas in Marketing are Brand Management, Product Development and Consumer Based Business Strategies and has published various article in Journal and conferences, his seminal work on Ethical Brand Positioning was recently published in prestigious JMR.
