| Introduction | The name of this blog might have led you to believe that this is some kind of healthy food blog. Erm ... no. I am a big believer in a healthy lifestyle, but I'm also a big believer in a creamy vodka sauce, chocolate pie, and lots and lots of olive oil. There *is* a place for decadence in the healthy lifestyle, so all kinds of recipes will be represented here. Oh, and I started this blog to help out my punk-ass baby sister, who has such culinary deficits that she considers ME a domestic goddess. Needless to say, she needs a lot of help.
