Introduction Love of food like a seed was cultivated in in Tyler at a very early age. Her instinct to nurture and passion for food joined in creating an undeniable appetite to explore a culinary world marrying taste with healthy eating. A real estate professional by trade, Tyler decided to turn her cooking hobby into a career during the great subprime mortgage crisis of 2007. While a student in Culinary School, Tyler’s interest in creating nutrient dense recipes peaked with her first Nutrition Course. She is a staunch opponent of processed foods and a tremendous supporter of whole, quality ingredients. Her time spent volunteering at the Chicago Green City Farmer’s Market helped her realize responsible growing practices were not only important for good health but also crucial for flavor.
