Introduction	Proudly born in Southend, before going on to study at the University of Cambridge, I have now returned to Essex to work as a teacher of Religious Studies in a Catholic Comprehensive school in Chelmsford. I have been volunteering with CAFOD for a number of years and look forward to being involved in this project so that I can see first hand the excellent work CAFOD do overseas.
