| Favorite movies | I just saw "The Secret", and I highly recommend it. It's on my myspace page. You can also just get it directly from YouTube. There are too many good movies to list here, so let's just say that I enjoy movies that make me forget I'm watching a movie. And movies that make me laugh out loud. If you haven't seen "Little Miss Sunshine," it's an absolute necessity. It actually made me squeal in some parts...and I don't squeal in movies. But I'm not above it! |
| Favorite music | I'm not a music snob. I appreciate lots of different music. I'm into singer-songwriters like Patty Griffin, Gillian Welch and Aimee Mann. I've been listening to world music lately (I work in an Arabic store). I just don't listen to pre-fab pop, and I like it that way. |
| Favorite books | I have a ton of screenwriting books, art books, recipe books, spiritual books, books on other types of writing. I love "Memoirs of a Geisha" and "The Secret Life of Bees" and everything from Carson McCullers. I love the Neil Gaiman "Sandman" series of graphic novels. I'm open to anything and everything that moves me. |
