| Introduction | Hello! I am a Research Assistant for the New England Aquarium Right Whale Research Program. I started as a volunteer in 2010, and was hooked well before my first field season in the Bay of Fundy (BOF). In addition to working in BOF, I've now had the opportunity to do vessel based research and surveys in Roseway Basin, Gulf of Maine, and Cape Cod Bay. I occasionally also take to the sky as an aerial observer for surveys over Roseway Basin and Southern New England. I'm thrilled to be studying such incredible creatures with this amazing team of scientists, who are dedicated to right whale and ocean conservation through research. I hope you enjoy our blog! |
