| Introduction | Stewart was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University School of Law. He practiced law in Philadelphia from 1989 to 1995. In 1995 he moved with his wife to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where they now live with their 3 children. He was a partner at Akerman Senterfitt (Miami, Florida) for approximately 10 years and practiced with a partner in Boca Raton, Florida until September 2008. He is Chair of the Aircraft Transactions Working Group of the National Business Aviation Association's Tax Committee and past Co-Chair of its Regulatory Transactions Working Group. He frequently lectures and has been quoted in various publications relating to business aviation issues. His offices are located in the Ft.
