About me

Introduction	My name is Susannah Hootman (I go by Zana) and I'm a 17 year old self-schooled high school senior. I have lived in Austin my entire life. I've grown up in a right-winged but open family. After taking the political ideology quiz, I ranked "hard-pressed skeptic," placing me in the middle of the spectrum. However, being not yet eligible to vote, I don't have much political involvement, but I do try to keep up with current events and educate myself on political issues. I'm participating in this class of course for the required credit, but also to learn more about how Texas government functions and learn how to be an involved Texan and Austinite. I got a 5 out of 10 in the general knowledge quiz and 4 of 10 on the political knowledge quiz.
