| Introduction | My name is Diego Jose Lambertucci. I am 37. I am from Leones, a small town in Argentina. I am a High School English Teacher. I have been teaching English for 13 years. Last August I won a Fulbright grant, and now I am temporarily in the United States on that grant. I arrived in Washington DC on October 12, 2008, and will be here until October 19 doing an intensive workshop on ESL teaching along with 9 other Argentine teachers who have won the same grant. I hope to learn as much as possible about the American culture and, particularly, about the American educational system. When I return to my home country, I would like to share this wonderful experience with my colleagues, so that we can all improve the way we teach with the ideas that I am getting day by day. |
| Interests | I am interested in other cultures. I thinks that the more you know about other people's experiences, the wiser you become. Indeed, understanding other cultures allows you to be a comprehensive-friendly type of person. |
