Introduction	I enjoy and cherish everyday I'm alive and always look for opportunities to improve and challenge myself. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and exploring how similar we all are inspite of cultural or language differences. My favorite color is liliac or light purple.
Interests	baking, the science of baking, flavor profile development, recipe testing, food studies (foodways of American food especially African (Ghanaian) and African American food.), food science and nutrition, Culinary education - teaching baking technique, the science and culinary know how to children and other interested people.
Favorite Movies	The Associate, The Sound of Music, Anne of Green Gables series...ok so I know I don't get out much...too many books in the library! :)
Favorite Music	Gospel Music - Helen Baylor- my all time favorite, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, Ann Nesby, Darwin Hobbs, Fred Hammond, Hezekiah Walker, Anything by Songs of Fellowship ( Kingsway Music especially the Heaven is in my heart tape...can't find that one anymore), Maranatha Praise series especially form the 1970s and 80s), Men of Standard, Anita Baker, Boney James.
Favorite Books	Alltime favorites are the hardcover readers digest condensed books. I grew up devouring those...old classics like Merchant of Venice, Charles Dickens, Jane Eyre etc, ...hmm so many books, so little time...
