Introduction I have struggled with my weight most of my life. Instead of making healthy living a important part of my life, I focused on my education and my career; working 14 hour days and not paying much attention to exercise and what I was eating. I finally decided it was time to support a balanced lifestyle and make healthy eating and exercise part of my daily routine. The results were astounding. I have lost 118 pounds!I have now maintained my weight loss for two years!
