Introduction I found out when I was 24 that I could no longer eat gluten or yeast. The first thing I thought was no more mac and cheese, sandwiches, lasagna, beer! What was I going to do? I had always been into cooking and had become a pro at turning recipes into low fat or fat free. Could I do the same thing with gluten free? It turns out I could and have. I decided there was no way I would miss out on all my favorite things just because I couldn't eat gluten. I soon realized that I wasn't missing anything. I felt healthier then ever. I replaced all purpose flour with healthier flours like brown rice flour. Everyone should be gluten free - it is much healthier. People are always shocked when they eat my food and love it and then find out it is gluten free. People have it in their head that gluten free means mushy, grainy, and bland. That doesn't have to be the case at all.

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?

I am just being me. I am not a morning person and I hate alarm clocks.lol. I think I just go into such a deep sleep that it takes me a long time to come out of it, I usually don't even remember hitting the snooze the first time.
