| Introduction | Chester County Shotokan Karate Club (CCSKC) is a unique Martial Arts school, not only in the skill level and seriousness of our members, but also in the fun and family-oriented atmosphere that we share on and off the training floor. We are a group of Martial Artists and friends that enjoy interaction in Karate and many social activities. Although we are dedicated Karate-ka, we are a club and not a business, and as such strive to add to and not take away from every day life. We enjoy many activities on and off the dojo floor, including guest instructors, tournaments, camps, ski trips, and various celebrations throughout the year. We encourage members to train with zeal, but remind them that Karate and physical fitness in general are meant to enhance our lives. We are a family dojo, who has been practicing traditional Japanese karate in Downingtown for over 30 years. |
