| Introduction | I am Shalini Pahwa. I have been creative since my childhood. After basic education and a course in fine arts, I was looking around for an opportunity to satiate my creative and artistic appetite. This I got at Archies. Digitalization of designs was at a preliminary stage and this provided me with a ground to try new and unexplored feats. After honing my skills at static designs at Archies for over 7 years as Creative Head, I decided to try new digitalization techniques – Animation, which helped me think beyond the static world of graphic designing. However, one fine day, I discovered the romance in PAPER… and my life changed… On a piece of unspotted, figureless sheet of paper, I got a medium to express my art, my desires, my dreams, my festivities and my love for nature. I started modifying paper to construct leaves, flowers and shapes which are inherent to me. I started cutting paper to make soothing shapes, brightly colored borders and gloated at the romance of how a paper can be used to express your inner feelings.
