Introduction Covering wildlife, portraits, pets, floral, myths/fables, and art with a spiritual or social purpose, her pieces, and styles, are as varied as the stories they tell. Detailed, organic, and deeply researched, they focus on meaningful connections in a (typically) light-hearted manner. She is also an avid, vivid dreamer, whose dreams take shape to both written and visual representations. A sometimes writer and poet, who also loves reading, dabbles in the kitchen, and sometimes can't resist sharing the real life stories that happen having kids and pets. There's a reason it's called Wise Ramblings!
Interests Things I love: reading, bellydancing, the sound of my boys laughing, drumming, making art, being left handed, my family, dancing, listening to music, my pets, decorating for the holidays, going on every day adventures, libraries, crisp winter mornings, the sound of wind chimes dancing, taking time to look at the stars, the sound of fallen leaves crunching underfoot, the smell of snow, yummy leftovers, & playing in the SCA. Things that baffle me: Anyone who can stand to watch Jerry Springer and the rest of the shows glorifying the worst of human behavior, herd mentality, & weather forecasters. Things that irritate me: Spam, thoughtless actions, bad drivers, rude people, stupidity (in -any- form), bad situations in movies that could have been avoided, whining, anyone being hateful/hurtful/ or just plain unkind to my family or friends, liars & cheats, & having cold toes. Things I want to do: Go to the Jareth Ball. Watch my boys become the wonderful people I know they will be. Visit Eastern Europe. Laugh with my Grandchildren. See the circus trees. Get my masters degree. & Continue to enjoy each day with my family, pets and friends
Favorite Movies According to Netflix, I'm fast approaching rating 5, 000 movies. The ones at the top haven't change: The Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and Indochine. I can watch these movies over and over again (:
Favorite Music I like all genres (except techno trance-- that gives me a headache), there are just some artists in each I don't care for, and even they come out with a good song every now and then.
