Introduction	Im 31 year's old, married to my best friend, Im a stay at home wife, which does get really boring, but that's just the way it is right now! So I have taken advantage of being able to stay at home all the time, and have worked on myself, I have been able to kick my soda habit and sweets habit, and have begun exercising more and have already lost 28 pounds by doing so, I still have a long way's to go, but I am taking it one day at a time! Baby step's all the way! I have the best husband in the world who supports me 100%, he has also began to lose weight as well, he's beating me in that department lol he's already lost 30 pounds and still going strong with his weight loss. I am so proud of him!
