| Introduction | My name is Laurie Collett, and I am a committed follower of Jesus Christ since April 17, 2000. I am a retired MD neurologist and now a medical writer under my professional name, Laurie Barclay. My husband, Richard Collett and I, are theatrical ballroom dance champions, performers,and owners of the Rhapsody Ballroom, Tampa. We love dancing for audiences around the world, but our main goal is to dance for the audience of One, to His glory. From 2007-2013, I was blessed to teach the Women's Connection Bible study at Fellowship Baptist Church, where I also sang in the choir. Currently I am blessed to be teaching the Sisters-in-Grace Bible study at Fowler Avenue Baptist Church (https://fabcfl.org/) in Temple Terrace, FL, and to sing special music there. I also enjoy singing Christian lyrics I have written. |
