| Introduction | Jabiri Makame is a young determined and motivated management and leadership professional working as admnistrative officer at Tanzania government. He holds Barchelor in Public Administration, Masters of Sc. in Leadership and Management and currently studying Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Foreign Relations. Passionate about youth empowerment and engagement and in the past 10 years, he had been privileged to serve in distinguished political, admnistrative, management and leadership positions in the government, non governmental organisations and international organisations such as international election observer under SADC observation mission to Mauritius General Election in 2014. In Chama Cha Mapinduzi (the rulling party in Tanzania Jabiri served as a Member of CCM Youth League National Council and in 2015 Tanzania General Election, gained extra ordinary experience when he served as a member of advance party campaign team (research team) of CCM Presidential Running Mate Hon. Samia Hassan Suluhu (the current Vice President of URT) where he had an opportunity to travel across the country doing research on local politics and preparation of campaign rallies. |
