Introduction	Mr. Basheer Ahamed was the third boy for his father Mr. Kamaludeen in a small town called Muthupet in Tamilnadu. He studied up to M.Tech., Surface coating at Regional Institute of Technology (one of the then best RECs out of 14 RECs in India), Jamshedpur. Basheer Ahamed started his career in a new technology called “Coil coating” a new pre-painted concept in the year 1989. Since then he has been working in the similar field for the past 17 years at various departments like, Business, sales, marketing, manufacturing, technical, etc., with reputed Indian companies and MNCs. Undergone training abroad in countries like, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia and Germany for Coil coatings technology for more than 6 months at the works of the world leading companies in their respective fields. During his 17 years of experience in the coating industry, he has developed lots of new products and application in the coil coating industry. Many international products are made suitable to Indian industry with the same quality and performance.
