Introduction	I'm a single mom raising a teen with Bipolar Disorder 1, mixed episodes with ultra-rapid cycling and at times ultradian cycling (along with an alphabet soup of other comorbid conditions). I am blogging for my own sanity, which at times is hanging by a thin thread taunting me and trying to hand me a pair of scissors, but also so other families coping with the struggles of Bipolar Disorder can see they aren't alone and connect with others living with this terrible illness.
