| Introduction | Evelyn's Crackers is made up of a chef and a baker and our young daughter Evelyn. As local food artisans, we choose to support Ontario organic farmers who grow heritage varieties of Red Fife wheat, rye, spelt and buckwheat. We use these grains to hand make crackers, cookies, granola and raise awareness for local food. |
