| Introduction | I have been gardening in Alabama for 20 years and I became a Blount County Alabama Master Gardener in the late 1990's. I am currently studying for a certificate in Native Plant Studies at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. I do use herbicides occasionally, but otherwise its all organic in our garden. We are currently in restoration mode in the garden because our neighborhood was hit by a tornado on April 27th, 2011. |
