| Introduction | Hello and welcome! My name is Julie and I’m a 7th grade math teacher in Omaha, Nebraska. I moved from Bonnie Scotland about 8 years ago and have been enjoying life in the Midwest ever since. Presently, I am completing my master’s degree and I hope to gain innovative ideas that I can share with both students and peer teachers. I believe that technology integration is important in the classroom as it engages students and enhances learning. Also, students need to be confident and up-to-date when using technology to prepare them to become productive members of society. I hope to use my blog to share ideas with other educators. Also, my long-term goal is to communicate with my students on a variety of math topics. |
