Introduction	I have a love for making & cooking healthy vegan, gluten free (lots grain free food. I am constantly creating something or another, and this way I can share the healthy deliciousness with whoever comes along. I haven't really taken any cooking classes (although I have interpreted a few) nor have I ever worked in a restaurant. I have however gone to nutrition school, and work with people around their health. Not out to convert people to being vegan, but I believe there are a lot of healthy delicious things around that don't use animal products or processed items.
