She attended the University of California, Los Angeles. Since 1990 she has been with the Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto. Juliann writes about mental traps - the rooted and familiar paths along which our thought moves painfully and fruitlessly, burning incredible volumes of our time, sucking out energy, and creating no value either for ourselves or for anyone. Juliann also writes about why we prematurely worry or hesitate in indecision, make plans that will soon overturn life, or delay a business that is long overdue to start. |
