Introduction	My name is Christine, I’m 4’10” and I love food. My interest in food only started about a year ago, when I was able to travel more. Whenever I travelled, food pictures always came back with me. I find food to be an art form, an art that needs to be captured on camera, before you eat it! It doesn’t matter if it was $5 sandwich at a fast food joint or a $50 gourmet meal at a high end restaurant, if it tastes great, I want to make sure I remember it. It wasn’t until recently when my friend Tara said that she was surprised I didn’t have a food blog, and you know what, I was surprised I didn’t have one either. Not only that, but I think blogging will bring me back to something I realized I missed doing, and that was writing. I’m not a chef nor do I have anything to do with the food industry other than being an avid consumer and a satisfied customer.
