| Introduction | The life of us: a single mother and her 5 resilient, awe-inspiring children. Currently a part-time waitress and full-time nursing student with the simple hopes of retaining my sanity, or at least enough of it, in order to seek employment upon graduating. In the meantime I hope to encourage, love, teach, and in the end release each of my children into the world as independent thinkers, selfless Christians, hard-working contributors, and appreciative life seekers. Herein lies bits of that journey. |
| Interests | ♥♥♥♥ I want to: travel more; be on time more; forgive more easily; always be learning; think less; feel wanted; stop having birthdays; live on a ranch with a big house and lots of animals; learn to do nothing; make more money; finish school; travel to a third world country and help orphans once I am a nurse or FNP; adopt a down-syndrome or orphaned baby; not procrastinate; give my kids the world; be able to sing; have an English accent; write a book; trust more; drink more water; have a beautiful wedding; learn to put make-up on; pray more; learn to play the piano again; move some place new., ♥♥♥♥ I love: God; my amazing children, wonderful family, and loyal friends; camping, the coast, and camping at the coast; horseriding; going to the lake; holidays, especially Christmas; being a mom; having a clean house; kids; being busy; a great movie; fireplaces; storms., ♥♥♥♥I like: music; the gym; chocolate chip cookie dough anything; amusement parks; high heels; the colour pink; cleaning & organizing; skeet shooting; scrapbooking; going to church; manicures/pedicures; shopping; riding quads; swimming; throwing parties; skiing; fishing; flowers; playing poker (although I recently discovered I'm not very good); Google; all four seasons, but mostly Spring; driving; dancing; rafting; funny sitcoms; flip flops; laughing; sunglasses; someone else doing my hair; feeling needed., ♥♥♥♥ I dislike: liars, lies, lying, white lies, lying by omission; people who don't know how to use four way stop intersections; drugs and most of the people who use them; my cupboards being unorganized; waiting forever at the doctor's office; selfish people; headaches; peas and carrots; refried beans; that I don't know how to cook; my grandparents living so far away; gossip; suck-ups; snakes; that I've a failed marriage; my kids not having a good dad; being emotional and sometimes, therefore, impulsive; failing. |
| Favorite Movies | As a general rule the only thing I don't much care for is gory movies. And I can only do suspenseful or scary movies if I'm with someone, cause, yes - I am a baby. I watch a lot of animated movie - guess why?? lol. Yeah, the four kids usually have a say in what we watch. Funny movies, I like to laugh. And nothing can beat a romantic comedy. |
| Favorite Music | Pretty much everything. The only thing I don't really like is death metal and some rap. I'm more interested in the lyrics and it's hard to decipher them or be too enthused about them when either a) you can't understand them because they are being angrily screamed at you, or b) they are such depressing and miserable and hateful and negative lyrics what's the point of listening anyway?? |
