| Introduction | I am a certified teacher with 8 years experience & former dept chair and Math Teacher Leader (MTL) for MPS with a vision for reform by quality teachers bringing education directly to the people. Using the latest technology I teach kids how to learn. That's why I left public education to start Learn4You LLC. Learn4You brings out the joy of learning challenging students with lessons that are engaging. We teach life skills though a comprehensive math program: critical thinking, communication, how to work though frustration, and more! Our teaching meets students at their level to develop their inner curiosity. This accelerates their learning & creates lifelong learners that get results in school! Tutoring rarely creates interest. They look for weaknesses. We look for strengths, building students' confidence to overcome weaknesses. We give students freedom to show their knowledge by demonstration and self-evaluation, without nail-biting tests and confidence-destroying letter grades. Children learn how to look for quality in their work and improve. The technology used in Learn4You classes is the finest education has to offer. |
