Introduction	I often find that when I go shopping the first thing I think of when I pick up an item is "can I make this at home?" I usually think I can and attempt a project. Sometimes I fail miserably; sometimes it actually looks good, but I can customize and serve it up just the way I want it. I not only do this with creating art but have integrated it into the way I live my life. When it comes to fitness, love, art, and just living your life...you've just got to do it yourself (DIY).
