| Introduction | Net Neutrality is a good catch-all & timely phrase to encapsulate what I am publishing here. I intend this blog to be both a place to work out responses to and form better-educated opinions on information as I encounter it, plus simultaneously create content that may prove useful and interesting to others. I take a skeptical stance against current-event-type blogs which publish in a primarily fast and highly reactive manner; these provide near instant updates but allow little time for reflection or careful consideration. "Historicizing the Internet battle" intentionally separates this endeavor from those. I intend to look around carefully rather than aggregate all relative articles, tweets, and rants as they happen. As a result, the timeline will be fluid: I may move from tomorrow to yesterday and thirty years back before I spend much time lingering on today. That, I believe, is how I will generate, not regurgitate, content on this topic. Look through the archives, none of it is "out of date." Welcome. |
