Introduction I'm a reader and a short-order chef. I love all kids. I know how to crochet, but I don't really do it that much. I still think "The Incredibles" is Pixar's best film. I am a mother and wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Many people know members of my church by the nickname "Mormons," because we believe that The Book of Mormon is, in addition to the Old and New Testaments, another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that Christ is my Savior and that He lives! He speaks to a prophet today, as He has in all ages, and His message is one of love, peace, and lasting joy. I believe that families can be together forever, and that "happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ." My family means everything to me--I have found no greater joy in any other area of my life than with my family. Visit this section of my Church's website for ideas on how you can strengthen your own family relationships.
Interests religions of the world, family activities, reading whenever I can snag a minute, running and trail-running, snowboarding whenever I can snag extra $, wakeboarding in the sunny South, backpacking (in the White Cloud range especially), baking and the consumption of baked goods (especially muffins), collecting rubber ducks, repairing my kids broken toys like that old guy on Toy Story 2, the giddy delights of frozen Reese's peanut butter cups, finding new muffin recipes, retro aprons & retro clipart, and I never shower when I can bathe
