| Introduction | Just a guy, traversing life's ups and downs, while moving forward. Physically, I am middle aged. Short and stout, and what hair is left on my head is turning gray. I kind of like it. Spiritually, I'm fierce of heart and passion with a deep and abiding love for the journey each of us is on. In the time that is my own, I love to read, meditate, cook, pray, watch movies and spend time with those who share the same interests. I am a member of a 12 step recovery program and try to give service in that arena as well. All in all. Just a guy. Traversing lifes ups and downs in the best way I can while continuing to move forward. |
