Introduction	I've been decorating cakes since I was twelve, inspired by my own mother who was also a professional cake decorator. Through the years, I've had home base and commercial bakery experience. I love the challenge and the feel of accomplishment in designing uniquely personalized cakes for those special occasions in people's lives. I've had a passion in this area since I first started and it grows with each challenge. I confess, I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cakes. From mixing the batter to the finishing details and presentation of each cake. I expect my cakes to taste great inside as well as look great on the outside. Nothing is as rewarding as observing a client seeing their cake for the first time and know by their reaction that I created their dream cake.
