Introduction	I am a happily married person with three wonderful grown sons. I have three wonderful grandchildren, as well. I used to teach aerobics and was a fitness club consultant, as well as lifted weights with one of my brother's to stay in shape. I am hoping to turn my current lifestyle around and get back in shape again to help others see that anyone can do it!
