Introduction	Amber Cantella is a Wine Professional with over 20 years of experience sourcing, serving and selling the world’s greatest wines, both On and Off Premise. Amber has authored numerous award-winning Restaurant Wine Lists and dozens of published articles. She educates through both Public and Private Seminars. She currently owns Épernay, a Fine Wine & Spirits Retail Store on Nantucket Island, MA. First opened in May of 2008, the store has seen unprecedented growth of Customer Base and Overall Sales, despite being in a saturated market. Because the store operates under a Seasonal License, Amber is able to commit her off-season time assisting off-island, licensed establishments as a freelance Wine Director and help off-island Oenophiles learn more about wine.
