Introduction I have always, even since I was little, been the one to bring home stray animals, stick up for others, and collect broken-hearted people. I am an educator, and will teach anything but math and mechanics... I have the gift of exhortation: encouragement and rebuke... and I have a missionary's heart. Have been responsible for planting and developing VOM as independent mission office in Mexico since 2008, and before that the General Coordinator in Mexico for the VOM Costa Rica Mission.

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

I've always been a big dreamer,and seen things in bigger than life size.But I've learned by experience that one has to be flexible to make anything work.Rarely do things go the way we think they should. And then,the Lord's ways are higher than ours.Even He doesn't behave the way we expect. We need to be able to work with what He gives us to work with, not with what we already have in our minds.
