| Introduction | I am a De Montfort University Fashion and Contour Design student, in my second year at De Montfort University, Leicester. This course is being axed after my year graduates, after that there will only be contour design students. I also like making jewellery and accessories, have done a wonderful placement with Jema Hewitt of Bridal Originals, and am soon to start another with Biondi Couture (swimwear) in London! I am passionate about eastern culture and especially Japan, am learning Japanese in my free time, and hope to get a place on the JET scheme after I graduate. I really enjoyed the recent swimwear module, and love costume design, so am looking into both areas as possible career paths. |
