Introduction I am a Joint secretary level officer in govt of Bihar. I am also a life member of IIPA,New Delhi, and a visiting faculty member of BIPARD, which imparts training to officers of various cadres including IAS,BAS. I have been empanelled as an expert resource person in Human Rights, practices and procedures manuals,law and office management etc. Theme paper on Internal Security in India has been published in Journal of IIPA regional branch, Bihar.This paper was also selected for circulation by IIPA, New Delhi at its annual convention held on 28th oct, 2007. (A) A book titled'Internal Security in India, changing scenario and needed steps' has been published by IIPA Bihar. (B)One article titled ' Land Reforms in Bihar, causes of failure and suggested solutions' published in Hindi Journal of IIPA New,Delhi. (C)Book titled ' office structure and finacial control' for government servants, published by BIPARD. (B)Articles like "great depression to hit all and sundry", "global financial order needs revamp"," India now feels heat of global economy meltdown", Is recession coming to software Industries? etc have been published on igovernment.in omjiyadav@gmail.com
