| Introduction | My name is Nicole and I am a mother to two fabulous kids, Camdyn, 3, and Jace, 1, and a wife to a wonderful man, Neil, who I have been married to for 5 years. I have always enjoyed entertaining & cooking and baking for family and friends. I love to try new recipes and experiment with old recipes (sometimes too much...my husband is a "if it's not broke don't fix it" type of guy!). I would bake everyday if my children would allow me ;0). I’m far from being a professional chef, and have more than my share of cooking disasters to prove it. But I love food, and being creative with cooking/baking, and the joy and satisfaction that come from a homemade meal. The main reason I cook, however, is because I absolutely love sharing meals with friends and family. I love creating memories and laughs together around the dinnertable. So I’m all for doing what I can to create those moments – and hopefully with some yummy food – when I can! |
