Introduction	I'm 28 years old and married to the woman of my dreams. I have one son who has completely changed our lives. I began running again on August 24, 2008...and have not looked back since. I ran a little a few years ago, a couple of marathons and some 5ks, but I was not in love with the sport as I am today. I found myself at 27 years old and beginning to feel a little old. So after over 1 and a half year of not running a step, I ran. My first marathon came exactly 10 weeks later, and my first ultra came at the 15 week mark. I will post what has happened since then, but running has changed my life. I then took a break from running for about 4-5 months, but I am back in the action!
