| Introduction | I am a high energy, positively motivated business owner and mom of one. My baby girl was born in May 2010. I had worked in beverage sales for the past 7 years and had been laid off (due to company downsizing in December 2010). Being a new mom and having all of the extra time with my daughter made me really open my eyes to the opportunity of working from home and putting this energy into growing my own fitness business. I've always been a moderately active individual, but my fitness level, nutrition, and "me time" for exercise drastically changed direction after becoming a parent. I was determined to get back on track in 2011! I started P90X in January 2011, and replaced breakfast with the Shakeology® meal replacement shake through Beachbody®. In 4 months time I lost 13 pounds, weighing in at a lower number than I had previous to getting pregnant! As for my business, I help others on their fitness journey by suggesting programs and motivating you along the way. I also bring coaches onto my team who have the same passion and drive for life.
