Introduction	I was born on Long Island and went to college in New York. But in 1976, I moved to Massachusetts and have never looked back. Now I live in Rockport, which is a village of 7000 folks ten months a year and a resort community for the other two months. I am passionate about helping subject matter experts share their knowledge (which I call content) in a variety of ways. Working for the largest technical book publisher on the planet gives me access to thousands of ways to learn something new every day.
