Introduction	Hi, I'm Natalie, an Aussie girl living in Sweden. The various things I love include my boy, drumming, music (metal!!), nature, travel & various intellectual pursuits. I've been living on an anti-candida diet since April '10. After making radical changes to my diet, overcoming my sugar addiction, & noticing improved health & strength, the knowledge now is that this change has been made for good. A desire to find an enjoyable means of eating has been the basis of this blog.
