Introduction	I'm a junior journalism major at Ohio University. I'm in the Carr Van Anda program, which allows me to create my own journalism sequence. I'm basically double majoring in broadcast and print, with a little online journalism on the side. I write for The Post on the city staff and I'll be interning this summer at the Dayton Daily News, my hometown paper! I'm also an avid animal lover! I grew up with all sorts of pets from frogs, parrots, ferrets and even a shark! But my all time favorite pets are dogs. I even volunteered at an animal shelter one summer and was responsible for walking the dogs and making sure they were having fun. Currently, I have just one dog. His name is Cooper and he is a lab mix.
